Fixing A Broken Acrylic Nail
Apply UV gel or acrylic to the chipped area of the nail in a light sweeping motion for UV gel and in a brush on method for acrylic until it is filled in.
Fixing a broken acrylic nail. After taking off the acrylic file the entire nail. Use soap water and an earbud to clean the surrounding area to the nail. Cure for 30 seconds.
If there is pain then thats a sign that the acrylic nail has removed part of the natural nail with it. Take a brush and use some acrylic to shape your nail. Use a thin coarse-grit board to file a crevice where the crack is extending the width and length of the crack slightly.
If the acrylic around the crack has lifted file the lifted product away as well. File the crevice down to the natural nail just until you get to the natural nail. Clean the nail with fresh acetone and wash with soap and water.
When the nail gets injured the whole nail wont get ripped off easily. The best way is to soak it in acetone that is kept warm by an extra hot water bowl. Gently place it over the crack and smooth until dry.
Here lift the acrylic nail slowly and safely. Once the acrylic nails have been filled off the natural nails will be exposed. Carefully clean as much as you can.
Dont forget to spray alcohol and wait until it drys before you apply any type of adhesive. Lifted acrylic nails are a major bummer. Clip the broken nail as close to the fingertip as you can.
